The app allows you to explore Andrey Dubovik’s video tutorials on praline design using augmented reality

Launch the app, scan the following images with your camera


Melt the chocolate in short intervals of time and bring it to 45–50°C (87.8–89.6°F) in a microwave oven.

The second picture is the target


When you heat the chocolate to 45–50°C (87.8–89.6°F), cool it on a marble slab to 27°C (80.6°F). Pour the chocolate on a marble (or granite) slab to cool it.

When the temperature is lower than 27°C (80.6°F), transfer the chocolate back to the bowl. Stir well.
